Elaine Prunty is a professional Irish Glass Artist, Mosaicist and Sculptor with 20 years working experience.

In my Artwork I use the traditional skills of Mosaic and Stained-glass artisans in a dramatic and contemporary way, through my unique designs and my innovative use of modern glass materials. The Art glass I use in my work has myriad textures, lustres and colours that bring a unique vibrancy, reflectivity and movement to the artwork. It is extremely colourful, tactile, child-friendly and durable and is particularly suited to outdoor use. I also use ‘Decals’ in my work, this is a unique process whereby I can transfer original artwork and images onto glass to make them permanent and durable and of a size, shape and thickness that is compatible with my glass mosaic work.
